really hard to cancel but they were so bad I was will to lose over 900$ just to not deal with them anymore.

Worst customer service i ever received. Everyone has thick accents and I cannot understand them while my house alarm is going off.

WORST HOME SECURITY IVE EVER SEEN. Our cars were intentionally lit on fire and not a single one of these cameras caught anything. I tried to get them to take their crap back and they refuse. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen also.
ADT is the Worst
ADT has the worst, most incompetent customer service and technical support I have ever dealt with. Constantly transferring me to different agents in different departments only to be told they could not fix mistakes they made to my account. I will never use this company again.
Scammers and dishonest people!
Please save your money and time and don’t sign with this company. As soon as you sign the agreement they stop answering your questions. I have been having billing issues from day one. They promised to give me 2 months free but never did. There is no an actual bill or statement, they force you to be setup on automatic payment. I have been to get out of my contract since the day I signed up with them.
They are terrible and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
